Brinkmann Pumps expands to Japan

In the beginning of the year Brinkmann Pumps opened a wholly owned subsidiary located in Hiratsuka, South of Tokyo: Brinkmann Pumps Japan Co. Ltd..

Until now the numerous Japanese customers were supplied from our headquarters in Germany. The local presence will allow us now to be closer to this market. Customers may be consulted in a more efficient way and we can offer our extensive service, which Brinkmann Pumps is known for. Brinkmann Pumps Japan will start off with 2 employees. Stocking a variety of pumps will improve transit and lead times for the customers. A special focus will be held on high pressure screw pumps sales as well as pumps with semi open impellers for chips and / or air entrained coolants.

Brinkmann Pumps has been represented in the US by a subsidiary for many years. The Japanese branch marks another milestone in implementing its global strategy of internationalization.

The managing director in Japan is Joji Marita (former sales manager) with the support of his German colleagues Markus Ziese and Jörg Neemann.
